3. Custom Agreements
All services are delivered under customized Statements of Work (SOW) or contracts that outline scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, and payment terms. These individual agreements take precedence over the general information provided in these Terms.
4. Use of Website
The content on this website is for informational purposes only and may be updated at any time without notice. Use of the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Xentex Solutions LLC or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Xentex Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
8. Refund and Dispute Policy
No Refunds. All services are provided under mutually agreed-upon contracts. Once a contract is executed and work has begun, all payments are non-refundable. Any changes must be documented in a signed change order.
Hardware Responsibility
Xentex Solutions LLC can assist with support or replacement only if hardware is: 1. Under a valid manufacturer support contract or warranty, and 2. Xentex Solutions LLC is listed on that contract. The final responsibility for hardware replacement lies with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Xentex Solutions is not liable for warranty decisions, turnaround times, or availability. Clients must maintain current warranty or support coverage. Where no coverage exists, replacements will be billed as new requests.
Billing Disputes
Billing concerns must be reported in writing within 5 business days of the invoice date. We will investigate and work with you to resolve any issues. Email: billing@xentexsolutions.com
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us violates this policy. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide full documentation of contracts and services delivered.
